Patsy Ball Brown
Patsy Brown is a quality management leader with extensive experience directing
other leaders and teams to achieve improvements, resulting in lower cost and
higher quality product. As a trainer, consultant, and auditor she has provided
exceptional, proven results for clients in the manufacturing, transportation, and
service industries when implementing and auditing quality, environmental, safety,
and food safety management systems. She is skilled at evaluating management
systems for conformity to standards and determining opportunities for
improvement. This experience comes from work at AT&T, Lucent Technologies,
Lennox Industries, and as an independent trainer and consultant.
She has provided training and consulting support to many companies in achieving registration to one of the ISO 9001-based standards and in developing integrated management systems in environmental, occupational health and safety, and food safety management systems. Mrs. Brown has extensive audit experience in evaluating management systems for conformance to the requirements of these various standards.
