Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis - 2-day training class
This training provides examples for manufacturing and support services. Techniques are
presented for both qualitative and quantitative applications.
Statistical Analysis and SPC - 1-day training class
Participants learn how to establish and use SPC charts for both variables and attributes
applications. Additionally, data analysis techniques are presented for the underlying data that
comprise the charts to better understand the output of processes. Sample and population
statistics are evaluated and interpretation methods are examined.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) - 1- and 2-day training classes
Courses are available for Design FMEA and Process FMEA and Monitoring and System Response (MSR) and are based on either format - AIAG 4th Edition or AIAG/VDA method - subject to the needs of the organization. This methodology is applicable to manufacturing, software, and service industries.
Core Tools (Automotive) Suite - 5-day training class
These courses can be offered as a 5-day set or can be offered individually as stand-alone training classes.
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Control Plan, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) - 2-day training class
